I recently started jogging/ running again on a treadmill. Was looking for a sports bra because regular bras cause too much bounce - it can be painful. Anyway, i bought this bra after trying out several others (including the Fiona and Maia) at a local sports store. I wear a 36d and this was immediately the most comfortable and supportive - and the most expensive of the lot! Have used it several times while working out so far, going up to 6 miles/hr, and there is no bounce at all - everything just stays in place, like it's under lockdown of some sort.
