I'm 5'8, 170 lbs, 40"+ chest and decided on the medium. The shirt was too big for my 6' 190 lb, 42" chest roommate in every dimension. I promptly returned the shirts (I had ordered 3) and didn't even bother to go down to Small because I think they'd still be too big. They are just plain cotton shirts and might be fine if you're a big guy. That being said, order at least 1 size smaller (probably 2) than you expect. They are long and wide. The sleeves are also really long no matter how tall/wide you are. I like the sleeves a little shorter and more narrow when I'm working out. Very disappointing. I ordered the Adidas AdiFit shirts instead. I haven't been able to find plain cotton, athletic fit, solid color t-shirts anywhere.Get more detail about Champion Men's Jersey Tee.
