I jog and I find the bra offers the breasts great support. I don't feel any bounce with this bra. I am a 34B and I ordered a size small which fit perfectly. It's lined and it didn't chafe the skin either. It's mostly cotton and holds moisture well, I live in the tropics. The lining is soft against the skin and makes you feel dry while working out.
